Family health insurance (ACA): $100 one-time payment.
Individual Short-term health insurance: Referral fee that averages around 40% of what an agent would receive, for either the policy duration or for up to 12 months.
Alternative healthcare sharing programs: Referral fee that averages around 40% of what an agent would receive, for either the program duration or for up to 12 months.
Medicare Supplement $75 one time referral fee.
Employer Group Insurance 25%.
Ancillary Up to $50.
